- Cancellation Policy for the Priestess Retreat -
We understand that plans can change and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully to ensure you are aware of the terms before registering.
**1. Cancellation by Participant
- More than 60 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Between 30 and 60 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total retreat fee.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund will be issued.
**2. Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that the retreat is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
**3. Transfer of Registration
If you need to cancel and would like to transfer your registration to another person, please notify us as soon as possible. A $50 transfer fee will apply, and the new participant must meet all registration requirements.
**4. Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
