My name is Sia Hu Heka and I am so delighted to be sharing this journey with you soon! Altars, as part of any ritual, are one of my favorite parts!

Temple is a sacred space where we explore the reams of spirit through a direct felt experience of reality, or in other words, through our bodies.

The spiritual essence of the temple can be reflected in the way you construct an altar. Today, I'll be sharing exactly that with you. It's not solely about adhering to a specific tradition or following a prescribed way from a book.

It's about embracing your embodied presence, setting your intention, and embarking on a personal journey through the process.
