Terms & Conditions of Participation

By enrolling in Hathor Heka Priestess School, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Commitment & Participation
  • Enrolment represents a year-long initiation into Year 2 — The Mother.
  • Your presence, participation, and practice are part of the energetic and relational integrity of the school.
  • The school holds limited spaces; by enrolling, you confirm your commitment to the journey.
  1. Payment & Refunds
  • You may pay the full contribution or enrol in an approved payment plan.
  • Partial Refund Policy:
    • A partial refund (50% of your total contribution) is available within the first 2 months of the program, should you choose to withdraw.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Sia by email ([email protected]) and will be processed within 14 days.
  • After 2 months, no refunds are available.
  • Outstanding payments on payment plans remain payable in full, even if you stop attending after the refund window.
  1. Late Payment Policy
  • Payments must be made on or before the due date.
  • A 7-day grace period is offered for late payments.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days and no communication has occurred:
    • Access to online materials may be paused
    • Participation in live calls or gatherings may be suspended
  • Non-payment beyond 14 days may result in termination of enrolment, while remaining payments are still owed.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances
  • If serious illness, major life disruption, or unforeseen circumstances occur, you may contact Sia to discuss options.
  • Any arrangements (pause, deferral, or alternative pathway) are at the discretion of the school and are considered case by case.
  1. Access to Materials
  • All teachings, practices, recordings, and materials are for personal use only.
  • Sharing, reproducing, or distributing materials without written consent is prohibited.
  • Access may be revoked if these terms are breached.
  1. Withdrawal
  • If you withdraw after the 2-month refund window, you remain responsible for all payments agreed upon.
  • The school may terminate participation if behaviour compromises the safety, integrity, or cohesion of the group.
  1. Agreement

By submitting your enrolment and payment, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these terms
  • You accept the financial and energetic commitments of the program
  • You enter the school in responsibility, sovereignty, and alignment
